How much will delivery be? Delivery cost is calculated on the weight of the items you are buying, the delivery speed required, and the country you want them delivered to.
A delivery cost is then automatically calculated after you have chosen your purchases and then filled in your address.
Depending on the nature of your order you will usually be presented with a choice of more than one shipping method (faster deliveries are dearer).
Once your total bill (including shipping cost) is presented for you to check, you will then be forwarded to the final page to fill in your payment details if you wish to place an order.
Then your order will be processed by us here and dispatched.

Delivery timescale: Your order will normally be processed the day of or the day following receipt (excludinhg weekends and bank holidays. For most deliveries we offer a choice of 3 services: economy (cheapest and slowest), regular (intermediate cost and timescale) or courier (dearest and fastest). When you have finished shopping and wish to check-out then you will be presented with the delivery cost and timescale options for you to make a choice before paying. Please note that heavy or bulky items can usually only be delivered by courier.

Faster deliveries: The fastest delivery service is by courier. Our courier claims 96% of parcels are delivered within 2 days. (We hope, but cannot guarantee, that you will not be one of the 4% of our customers who receive a late delivery). Working days excludes bank holidays and weekends.

Receipt: Valuable packages or those larger than a standard letterbox aperture will often require a signature on delivery to demonstrate that the goods have been received undamaged and on time. Therefore please ensure that there is someone available to receive the goods or alternatively have them delivered to an alternative address where there is someone available (eg work). If no-one is available to sign for receipt the delivery agent should call again the following day, and if still undelivered should leave a calling card for you to arrange an alternative delivery time or address, or you can collect from the local depot.

Is it quicker to order by phone?: You are very welcome to order by phone but it won't be any quicker. When you telephone the online webform will be filled out by us instead of by you (your address, your card details, etc) as you dictate it to us over the phone. It will then be forwarded downstairs to the packing room to take its place with other orders. Unfortunately phoning the order through cannot result in it being processed faster.
