Instructions For Fitting BadgesSelf-adhesive Our badges are very sticky (most vehicle manufacturers use sticky badges these days) so wont fall off. However it wont stick so well to a nicely polished surface, so before you put it on clean off any car polish using a suitable detergent eg petrol, white spirit.
Bolt-on Badges which screw or bolt on require self tappers or a bolt with speedfastener or nut the other side. The best way to drill a hole in bodywork is to place a piece of masking tape over the metalwork first to stop the drill bit skidding, use the smallest drill bit available to you to make a pilot hole, then a larger bit to the correct size.
